Really, the rain has been incredible. Persistent. Voluminous. Everyone seems to be in awe of it. Callejón Temezcuitate is more of a waterfall than a street. For most of today, we could not even see the town below the hills; it was a pool of clouds.
My home is in central Idaho, where I work at the College of Southern Idaho as the director of the Blaine County Campus and as an instructor in the English department. From January through June 2010, I'm serving a Fulbright-García Robles fellowship at the Universidad de Guanajuato in México. I'm accompanied by my husband, Mark, and our dog, Bill.
Send some of that moisture over to Eastern Idaho! We need it!
